The Postpartum Reclamation Path™ is a private, high-touch postpartum support program designed to nourish women after birth through attentive listening, guided birth debriefing, and steady, consistent care.

This program offers structured postpartum support for women who want:

Private Birth Debrief Session - 
 One 90-minute private session dedicated to:

+ Reframing the experience without minimizing it
You choose what is shared.
Nothing is rushed or forced.

 Three Private Integration Sessions
These sessions support:
+ Continued emotional settling after birth
+ Confidence-building as you step into motherhood
+ Ongoing questions or reflections as they arise
+ Feeling supported rather than carrying things alone

Nourishment & Support Resources
You will also receive guidance around postpartum nourishment and support, including:
+ Simple approaches to caring for yourself during recovery

Boundary Setting Support 
+ Helping you develop boundaries as a new mother and communication around them
+ Set clear expectations that protect your time and energy
